Routine Maintenance

We want to minimise your downtime so all our engineers, field or lab-based – will carry out minor repairs (such as replacing headphone leads, cushions, batteries etc.) during the calibration process. Routine maintenance is carried out both on-site and in the laboratory.

Laboratory Repair

Before you decide to replace your existing instrument talk to us. We are able to repair most manufacturers’ models and get your tried and trusted device up and running again. A repair that involves disassembly of the instrument or the replacement of a faulty transducer will be carried out in the laboratory. A quotation will be prepared which provides a breakdown of the parts and labour costs together with a description of the work to be carried out. The repair work will be carried out upon acceptance of the quotation and a 90-day warranty applies to any work carried out.

Most makes and types of equipment can be repaired and collection and delivery can be arranged by Acoustic Metrology as required.
