Testimonials

What our customers say…

We’ve worked with Acoustic Metrology for many years now and consider them an extremely reliable and responsive partner who understands us well and how we work. I’d have no hesitation recommending them as a calibration and repair company for audiological equipment given our past, current and hopefully future relationship.

Adrian Carragher. Head of Audiology Service, NHS Ayrshire and Arran

Prior to using the visiting service provided by Acoustic Metrology, we were forced to ship our instruments to Dublin or the UK for service and calibration. Invariably this meant suspending our service during the shipping process and sometimes resulted in damage to our instruments during transportation. The on-site service and calibration offered by Acoustic Metrology is much more convenient for us resulting in less downtime and lower costs.

It’s good to know that our instruments are calibrated and certified to the highest standards.

Calibration quick email. It was responded to straight away and within the space of 20 minutes, we had booked that calibration in. And that’s key not just to me but for all of my colleagues throughout Specsavers the annual calibration of equipment. Historically you send it away you haven’t got it. So you have to have equipment there to cover. Very quick easy email, we’ve got an engineer coming round within a week who will calibrate two units at once in the same day and I haven’t got to worry about it.
