Repairs
Routine Maintenance
We want to minimise your downtime so all our engineers, field or lab-based, will carry out minor repairs (such as replacing headphone leads, cushions, batteries, etc.) as part of the calibration process.
Laboratory Repair
Before you decide to replace your existing instrument talk to us. We are able to repair most manufacturers’ models and get your tried and trusted device up and running again. All repairs which involve dis-assembly of the instrument or the replacement of a faulty transducer will be carried out in the laboratory
MES Testing
MES Testing to BS EN 62353:2014
All Acoustic Metrology engineers are now equipped to carry out medical electrical safety testing to BS EN 62353.
This is a routine electrical safety test for equipment designed to IEC 60601 and is a more comprehensive test than a standard portable appliance test (PAT test).
